Our current job opportunities are perfect for people interested in undertaking a traineeship while they study their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or qualified educators.

Current Opportunities

Maternity Leave Position

  • Three to five days per week
  • Can be done as a traineeship while you work towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education

Inclusion Support Position

  • 4 hours per day from Tuesday to Thursday, starting as soon as possible
  • Work with experienced educators and a Bachelor-trained Teacher

Our approach to recruitment

As an equal-opportunity employer, we accept applications from all candidates with the correct qualifications or experience for the positions advertised. 

To be an educator at our service, you must: 

  • have a minimum of Certificate 3 in Children’s Services
  • have level 2 First Aid (including CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis)
  • have a current Working with Children Check Card Victoria
  • be willing to do a traineeship.

All Lead Educators are diploma-qualified. 

Our kindergarten program is facilitated by Bachelor-trained Kindergarten Teachers.
